More about me

I live in Brooklyn, NY with my wife, children, and a rescue pup named Ada Twist Scientist. On weekends, you can find all of us at the Prospect Park farmer’s market visiting my brother’s flower stand.

Why forests are important to me

“Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts.” — Rachel Carson

Why Canopy

At Canopy, we think outside the box (literally) and work with companies to make change. We know that change can be hard, and we are committed to collaborative problem-solving to innovate, identify, and implement the solutions that ensure our planet and its people are healthy.

Ask me about

What’s on your travel bucket list? What’s a must-read book for my [fill in the blank] year-old? Where should I go for dinner in Brooklyn?

What ruffles my feathers

Greenwashing, stepping on Legos.
