FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: October 20, 2021— Today, environmental not-for-profit Canopy, with independent third-party auditors Preferred by Nature (formerly NEPCon) and SCS Global Services, as well as six man-made cellulosic (MMCF) producers, announced the publication of the latest CanopyStyle Audits.

The companies that have recently published their audits include: Acegreen (lyocell filament), Eastman Chemical (acetate), E. Miroglio (viscose filament yarn), MI Demo (viscose staple fibre), Mitsubishi (acetate), and Nanjing (viscose staple fibre).

近期已公开审核报告的公司包括聚泰环保材料（莱赛尔纤维）、伊士曼化工（醋酸盐）、E. Miroglio（粘胶长丝）、MI Demo（粘胶短纤）、三菱化学（醋酸盐）、南京化纤（粘胶短纤）。

“Canopy is thrilled to see new entrants dive into the CanopyStyle Audit process, as well as producers showing ongoing commitment with their second annual audits completed,” said Nicole Rycroft, Executive Director at Canopy. “As the initiative continues to grow, we expect to see more green shirts in the Hot Button Report, as well as deeper levels of investment in conservation and the development of low impact Next Generation fibre solutions.”

The audits, conducted for MMCF producers based around the world, found a variety of results: from producers confirmed to be fully low risk of sourcing from Ancient and Endangered Forests and other controversial sources, to those that are deeply engaging with their suppliers, to those who are just beginning the journey and require additional information from their suppliers.

此次，来自全球不同地区的再生纤维素纤维生产商的最终审核结果各有不同：有些生产商经审核证实了来自原始濒危森林和其它争议性地区的低采购风险，有些正与供应商深度沟通，有些则刚刚开始，还需要从供应商处获得更多讯息。
