Last week, Canopy’s Founder and Executive Director Nicole Rycroft and Campaign Director Tamara Stark wrapped up a series of meetings with partners in Indonesia’s ​​Leuser Ecosystem, a Landscape of Hope. This special place is teeming with life. It’s the only place on earth where rhinos, tigers, orangutans, and elephants are still found together in the wild. It is a living storybook, and yet it is threatened by logging and industrial development. For people and the planet it must be protected.
